Guidelines encourage details, but I've read you've had a bit more going on so maybe I should keep it moderate:
Speaking as someone who has a thing for crazy bitches AND girls who insist on taking it in the ass, I personally think that Mikaela/Psycho Girl is underrated and deserves more screen time.
- It'd be interesting to reverse the main focus to "playing as" Psycho Girl.
- Perceptions of multiple victimized/restrained characters, maybe separated by scene, or even all together in the same "room."
- Some mean little sadistic options while she's doing her thing.
- Lastly, the anxiety of peril from Psycho Girl is something that drew me in with that feeling of adrenaline/fear-based pleasure. Maybe a scenario where a character resists climax to avoid getting the shiv...then probably getting knifed anyways, because Psycho Girl.
TL;DR, more Psycho Girl.
