Although you could enter from the rear and exit through the mouth (or reverse if you prefer) there is a lot of mechanics that needs to be supressed. From the several meters of intestines and stomach acid to the muscles stopping your food from coming back up your throat there are simply too many obstacles to overcome for it to work.
Looks fun in drawing though. :)

This is practically perfect. It's enough to fit that fetish, but not so much it becomes cartoonish or overdone.
RockCandy, You really have a special way with your art. In my eyes, and for my taste, you've always hit a perfect balance between kinky and gross. All you art has been a pleasure to view.
