You could add spikes (if ur looking to the more hardcore tentacle fanbase)
but a nice shine effect, a few bumps (particularly decorative ones, such as surrounding the tips for MAXimum pleasure :3), and maybe tentacles that branch out from larger ones. Those could help tentacles look more detailed
