Japanise name for Earthbound is Mother (at last later version) there were 3 parts Mother 1(Ninten) Mother 2 (earthbound, Nees) mother 3 (claus if i remeber correcly), there even are some rumors that Ninten is Nees Father.

nah, Ninten is actually somewhat Ness's like, ancestor or something. oh yeah, to play Earthbound, I use an emulator off of coolrom.com, I would probably recommend that you do the same.

iv nvr played earthbound, but iv heard the name ninten come up a lot. and he looks a lot like ness. are ninten and ness the same person or something? i would play the game, but i cant find it anywhere. >.<

I remember the clumsy robot. He was tough to beat first time i got to him. That definitely could possibly be the biggest WTF moment for me during that game.
