No, sample sounds are terrible and does not allow me to use the expressions I want and need for my characters. I have a small standard here that I want to uphold.

Just drop the VA man, find yourself samples of female SFX and just use text, it's time to move on from this debacle, as the actual hard part, animating and programming, has been done for a while now.

Maybe work on something that doesn't need voice actors? Christmas is coming up, you could always do another Rudolph flash. Not sure if you scrapped the one you showed a screenshot of a while back. If not you can pick it adk up and expand or just make something new. Hope you have better luck finding a more reliable voice actor this time around.

I think there are some VA's that do projects on Patreon I believe The only one I can think of off the top of my head is valaurie. But I know there are more.
