Rocky, dude, if you're serious about trying to fix your sleep cycle, don't worry about forcing yourself to go to bed early- that *never* works. What you *NEED* to do is FORCE yourself up out of bed *EARLY*, at like, say, 10 AM and then STAY UP until you feel tired again. And then repeat ad nauseam until your schedule resolidifies, 'cause you'll keep getting tired earlier and earlier until it's reached some semblance of normalcy again. Boom.

Works too, yeah, although it seems to take longer. Forcing yourself up sucks- for me, this is true- but it is effective as a motherfucker, so long as you're devoted.

Funny thing is, when I decide to go to bed I don't feel tired anymore... But perhaps I should try to do that now. I'm not getting shit done at all anyway.
