Well, you could just have multiple scenes and use them to go from path to path and each scene has its own branches based on what decisions you make. like have 1 scene be used for rapes, one for seductions, and one for mind breaking. just make sure that each path is covered and it should be fine, you can put text in there to describe what happens between scenes to cut down the file size.
