Have you never saved a file to your computer before? Right click the "Download" link. Choose "Save link as". Choose a place where you save the file to. Finish downloading the file. Go to the place where you saved the file to. The filename, unless you changed it, is "27". Double click this file to open it. I hope this help, otherwise I don't know what to say.
