You need to register in Steam's page (Make an account) then download a program that works as a client and lets you play games, chat, etc. All the info's in Steam's page.

To play games of course, not sure if they have nintendo.. But they have sega and other good things. Don't knock it till ya try it

I already have all the games I need at the moment. I don't like playing games on the computer anyway.
