The other commenters had great ideas such as: clown makeup/hair, goth makeup/hair, and more piercings/pubic hair options. I'd personally love to see Sofi's sock designs from Zoo-Phobia be added to HHHW. It's hard work to create what you do, so don't forget take time for yourself frequently.
