Maybe some kind of "overall stats" feature that tracks various things across your whole save for each girl like total number of creampies, total volume of semen, total pregnancies/births, that you could bring up in-game. Also would like the ability to pull out of Sofi without emptying her bloated belly If it's just outfits or whatever, bunny ears and heart pasties would be nice.
