Pretty sure you can check how to get all the achievements by going into the game, in the zu and johanna scene going to settings, then checking the achievements tab
filthy thing is just press X when a dick is dirty, town bycicle is a skin for plug use in jo, and the last 2 are skins for human just pick one and finish it
