The stand-in doesn't replace all the voice lines, she's just filling in what the original VA couldn't record. There's not going to be two options, it would also be impossible, since the lipsync is manual, and they couldn't match up the voicelines perfectly. And the baby thing is very close to being finished, I wouldn't be surprised if it could be finished up either during my work on the voice lines and other stuff or shortly after.
