Any chance for an "x-ray" vision that let's us see their faces and expressions through their inflated bellies? Could be interesting, but maybe it's too difficult technically speaking?
Also, what about semen coming out of their mouths during an anal creampie when the belly is already at max capacity? It's hot, and I always found it weird that there isn't something like this already, semen going all the way through is already present in some of your games, and it's a neat idea. And if someone doesn't like it, you can always make it toggleable.

According to Fallow, the "X-ray" might be possible. Apparently his engine works different than flash, so you won't see all of the layering when turning down the transparency.
The puking thing won't make it to the Zu&Jo part though, I don't think there's any easy way to make that look good at this stage in developement.
