There's some new features that have voice lines tied to them. Lip syncing is done to match line delivery. Zu's VA has already delivered her voice lines and they have been animated already. While Jo's VA is having some sort of trouble IRL and was only able to record a portion of the needed lines. This is why its not really possible to put out an update as it will have Jo just kind of have a blank expression when the feature gets triggered. Its not really possible to make it so Zu has a feature that Jo doesn't because they both use the same code for their behavior (I think one of the big differences is that you can break Zu with humans while Jo you need dogs). So really all that can be done is to sit and wait for the voicelines and make some improvements to the other parts in the meantime
