So ive been playing for a while and for the life of me i dont know what else i can do to get achievements. if there is a wiki or something please direct me there but otherwise ill just ask here.
how do yo get the "Best in test", "Queen of spades, Hearts, and Diamonds," or "Scotty 1 and 2" achievements?

Queen of Spades can be gotten by them having sex with several black humans, Queen of Hearts can be gotten by them having sex with several white humans.
Scotty 1 and 2 are gotten by a human penis with the "ScottyKat" skin.
As for Best in test and Queen of Diamonds, I have no idea.
