This will probably be too huge to add now, but as a suggestion I think it'd be really nice to add a prolapse when they are fully gaping and they push or just after a horse pulls out of them. I just thought that since the gaping mechanic is so well made in this game that you have to make them shrink to have a nice fit, and since you can constantly be streaching them out once and again it would be a really really nice addition.
