One thing that I doubt would be implemented, but has always been a really cool but niche fetish to the point that it has no name afaik is the idea to have different sizes. Like if it was some sort of slider for horsecock width and length. So basically like slightly different visuals where her stomach bulge would be larger and the dick aswell. The second idea would be that it's randomized horses so every time it moves away there's a new one, also with different sizes, colours, etc.
