Ive been having the same symptoms when I stand up straight I feel faint and sometimes blackout Can you tell me if you have had tension pressure headaches aswell something big is going on all my friends have had the same symptoms im getting a weird vibe that this wont end well..

I was just having a cold and fever when I wrote the update; had a real bad throat burn as well.
My headaches was due to bruxism, so it's not the same thing as you and your friends are suffering from, most likely.
