For Zu&Jo's part, let's see... Find VA (for both). Make SFX. Get music. Reskin Zu into Johanna successfully. Make facial expressions (eyes/mouth x 2). Lipsync. Making an UI. Coding in various functions and features. A lot of play testing, to make sure everything is working like intended. That's what I can think of the top of my head, but there might be more things that I don't remember, or come up as things progress.
