No, there were more changes than that, some things that were added and changed were:
New voiceactress
Progressive emotional states
More customization options
Eyebrows change color along with hair color
Gaping similar to Zara's part
Option to turn off belly button leaking
Along with a bunch of other changes, which hasn't been coded in yet, but are part of the plans.
