Well, i hope you find some good people for your team, to bad that you can't convert flash into something else ... (like you do with mp4 to mp3 for example) it seems that everything would need to be remade in Unity .. wish you good luck and stay healthy

EDIT!!: Actually, it seems like you can convert flash by using Unity, which also will make every Game, Crossplatform availabe (even on mobile) ... maybe you should check it out @Rockkcandy, maybe that could make everything a lot easier to achieve
