Thanks for the feedback, it's always nice to hear some fleshed out ideas. Unfortunately, it's pretty difficult to implement most of these suggestions, due to how I built each part and sometimes just because of how flash works. The belly stuff, especially. I plan on making tweaks to certain other things you mentioned, so there's at least that.
