You absolutely can! We've designed the game's stat system to allow for players to shape each character's preferences, after their own. 2 of the 6 playable characters, have a preference for anal sex, right from the start. (Even when being raped, if their charisma stat is high enough, they can avoid vaginal sex, altogether.) The other 4 would require some stat manipulation, by leveling up, a bunch.
