You should:
1. Press the Windows key
2. Type in "device manager"
3. Press enter
4. Click on the arrow next to "Disk Drives" and "Display Drivers"
5. Write down what is listed under those categories
6. Press the Windows key again
7. Right click "My Computer" or "This PC" (whatever shows up)
8. Select Properties
9. Write down the Processor, Installed memory (RAM) and System type
10. Reply with that information
11. ????
