I think the others point might be that, those same nipples you have drawn that way before now feel somewhat off due to the change in her proportions, they don't seem to mesh very well with the new whole...

Now that I look at your other drawings, it's not that the nipples are too long, but that they seem thicker at the tip than the base. Still, just my opinion. Keep up the amazing work!

It's sort of a stylistic choice, I guess. They give her more of a soft cartoony look, I guess? Rather than making them be nubby, almost spiky.
