It isn't. Although you could enter from the rear and exit through the mouth (or reverse if you prefer) there is a lot of mechanics that needs to be supressed. From the several meters of intestines and stomach acid to the muscles stopping your food from coming back up your throat there are simply too many obstacles to overcome for it to work. Looks fun in drawing though. :)
