I still wonder if this is still technically possible...... i know overhydration is a thing but i never hear about something all at once ever being done or mentioned. That and people usually dont try filling themselves with that much liquid all at once lol! I geuss it might not be possible given that 8t would press on other organs and some "valves" might not open to relieve pressure. Still love it though! Great work as always rockcandy! ;)

It isn't.
Although you could enter from the rear and exit through the mouth (or reverse if you prefer) there is a lot of mechanics that needs to be supressed. From the several meters of intestines and stomach acid to the muscles stopping your food from coming back up your throat there are simply too many obstacles to overcome for it to work.
Looks fun in drawing though. :)
