After being surprised by her lack of clothes and the seemingly childish question, I'd probably go on like this: "Well, hello there! What is your name, sweetie? Therese? Ah, what a lovely name you have. Anyways, yes, this is the boy's changing room, the one you'd like to find is the next one to the left, but since we're the only ones here, I'll let you finish. Just tell me when you're ready." I kind of have a soft spot for less than clever girls, so I'd never hurt her, quite the opposite. Maybe I'd invite her over to the canteen, ask if she needs a ride home, etc. I'd like to know her better. I'm boring.
