i see futanari is an option if the character has a manly build but can it be any character like from a video game/cartoon or only original characters? what are the criteria for what can make it in the game?

Original characters are preferred, but cartoon and video games might work.
They need to have around the same build as Sixten, and be recognizeable without their clothes.

can't think of any male characters right now but as for futa how about poison(final fight/street fighter), risty or melona(queen's blade), makoto(blazblue), nailkaiser(angel blade)
