What kind of rewrite are you doing? What are you aiming for? Just fix spelling errors or story things in general?
My original vision was around 30 pages smockfull of tiny details. It was close to being a small novel, haw haw.
I don't think it matters what format you use, it's easy enough to find something to open most common documents. .txt is kinda basic though.

Well, as it sits the story sits at 13 pages. Given some time (and a little creative freedom [don't worry, I'm not changing anything character-wise or timeline-wise! Just how it's written.]), it should come out as detailed as it needs to be. I can't say how long it would be, but the way I think it would be best written would be as a third-person omniscient, basically being a narrator that knows everything. That way all the details are retained, the events as they're told are presented as already being passed, and a sense of having a personal connection is established. Would that work?

Yeah, it would be good. Keep in mind that there are still things that need to be worked out, so if you're rewriting it I kind of need to talk more with ya.
