Actually, it's closest to pork, even going so far as to get the nickname by cannibals "long-pork". Don't ask.

Kinda depends on whether the person is from the 1st or the 3rd world, no? Pretty sure a 21st century human wound taste really terribly compared to a 11th century one.

The sheer abundance of Micro-plastics in the body would probably bring the taste down juuust a bit. Nothing a bit of salt and pepper can't fix.
