Hmmm, I don't know if a bigger HDD could resolve this problem... This error seems to be related to a MySQL settings (or Apache), and increase this value will consume more RAM (or maybe HDD if you use a swap partition...) You should maybe use a CloudFlare-like solution, the website would be maintain accessible even if offline because of this mysql error.
