Ghost, becoming a jack of all trades isn't possible so asking me to be proficient at all these skills is a poor way of communicating your point. RC, the reason I'm suggesting code so much is because it will have the most impact on the design process. Becoming your own voice actor or SFX guy won't change anything document wise, but having a clear understanding of how to construct and wire the logic behind a scene are two skills that I believe are essential to flash authorship.
