Though I will say that even modders usually show respect towards the source material if the artist explicitly states he doesn't want it modded. It's not much to ask, and usually not everyone is a complete asshat. So quite frankly, people tend to show respect generally, though you can't enforce shit if they're going to do it regardless of the artists wishes, but I will say that it's a rule of thumb to not bite the hand that feeds you (porn). At the very least don't share it.
