Sure, I can agree with that. But who's going to enforce it for those who don't? Flash is the target of modification all the time, this won't be an exception.

There is no need for "enforcement" or use "intimidation", it's simply a plea to actually RESPECT the artist. It's as simple as that, it's about respect. Also usually ulmf mods side with the artists or devs who ask their users not to do something. So if we're talking about the ulmf modder specifically, it's as simple as contacting a mod and notifying them that the artist is against it. You obviously can't stop anyone from modding if they really want to do it.
